Kerrie graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Masters degree in social work. She spent 5 years at Pathways CMH in Marquette providing therapy to children and families. Kerrie is the owner of Hope Restored Counseling and is contracting with FBS to continue to serve the community. She specializes in working with youth and young adults working through transitions and stressors that frequent this stage of life to assist them in acquiring the skills needed to feel confident in reaching their goals as they move into adulthood. In addition, she has experience treating those who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment disorders, grief and family issues. Kerrie’s focus is to meet the client where they are and assist in regulating emotions, learning new and positive thinking patterns and increasing coping skills among others.
