Behavior Analyst – BCBA/LBA, BCaBA/LBA
This position is under the supervision of the FBS Clinical Director.
This position requires the BCBA/LBA, BCaBA/LBA to be available during nontraditional office hours (mornings, evenings, and weekends) dependent upon the needs of the clients. Flexibility in hours of work and work locations is mandatory in this position.
Employment Qualifications
- Employee must maintain their BCBA/LBA, BCaBA/LBA (certification and state license) and adhere to the outlined requirements set forth by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB) and LARA (Michigan Licensure).
- Fulfill and maintain requirements for Qualified Mental Retardation Professional (QMRP) and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMP) and Children’s Mental Health Professional (CMHP).
- Maintains a current CPR and First Aide certification.
- Complete physical intervention training as outlined by FBS and any contract agencies.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Pass a felony conviction screening.
- Hold a valid Michigan’s driver’s license and ensure their personal auto policy (for the automobile used during FBS work time) presents with a minimum coverage of 300K bodily injury and property damage.
