Chelsea joined the FBS team as a Behavior Analyst in August 2022. Born and raised in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, she has worked with children and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, and related diagnoses such as ADHD, OCD, and ODD since 2012. She earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University in 2015.
Chelsea values building strong relationships with the individuals and families she supports. She brings experience across clinic-based, residential, school, and in-home settings, and takes a collaborative approach to care. Chelsea is passionate about helping individuals build independence in daily living skills, leisure skills, communication, and social skills, while addressing challenging behaviors to improve quality of life in meaningful and sustainable ways.
