Chelsea joined the FBS team as a Behavior Analyst in August 2022. Chelsea was born and raised in the Upper Peninsula. She has been working with children and adults diagnosed with autism, developmental disabilities and emotional disorders since 2012. She graduated from Western New England University with a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015. Chelsea has experience providing services in varied settings including clinic based services, residential, school programs and in-home settings. She enjoys working with individuals to foster independence with activities of daily living, communication and social skills and reducing challenging behaviors to improve quality of life.
