Chiara joined the FBS team as a Behavior Analyst in December 2018. Raised in the Marquette area, she earned her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Northern Michigan University (NMU) in 2019. Chiara has experience providing behavior supports to individuals across the lifespan, including children and adults, with a focus on increasing pro-social behaviors and reducing maladaptive behaviors. She has worked in a variety of settings, including in-home, clinic, community, and school environments.
Chiara serves as the Supervisor of Clinical Quality, where she provides leadership and guidance to support consistent, high-quality clinical services across the organization. In this role, she partners closely with clinicians to promote ethical, compliant, and evidence-based practices, while also supporting strong documentation, ongoing training, and professional growth. Chiara values collaboration and mentorship and enjoys working alongside individuals, families, and staff to ensure services are both effective and compassionate, with the ultimate goal of improving quality of life.
