Whitney earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Michigan State University and has experience working with individuals of all ages navigating anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, life transitions, low self-esteem, and relationship difficulties. She takes a strengths-based, eclectic approach tailored to each person’s unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Whitney is also certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, working with children ages 2–7 with behavioral difficulties and their caregivers. She is passionate about empowering clients to make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives and feels honored to support individuals through any stage of their healing journey.
